Don Steiner

Education: B.S., Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo M.A., Sports Administration: University of Northern Colorado Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA):  National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association

Before joining ECA in 2004, Mr. Steiner worked at Lockheed Martin in the Learning & Development Department and coached football at CSCS.  Mr. Steiner currently serves as ECA Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, and Physical Education Instructor.  He has been former Black Forest League President, served on numerous CHSAA sport committees, and has been a CHSAA Board of Directors member.  “I desire that our students see the big picture and understand that their actions have consequences, both good and bad; and that if they choose to be godly in those actions, then those consequences will be blessed in our current life as well as our eternal life to come.”

“Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales; rather, train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance.
